I began working solely with women in 2021, after working in healthcare and business law for 12 years. During that time I had many experiences where I watched traditional gender bias in the workplace crush incredibly intelligent women and with five of my own little women to raise in this world, this repeated experience became increasingly unbearable. Limiting the scope of my work to assisting women in business and healthcare has been incredibly life-giving. Whether it is teaching high school-age women about the gender pay gap, negotiating employment contracts for a group of women Physicians, or assisting women Counselors to establish private practices, my goal is to encourage, support and educate women on their legal rights to empower them to move the needle forward in their area of expertise.
