COACHING

Often when making major life choices women begin with the most brilliant of ideas, but don’t always have a plan to see those ideas through when barriers arise. I meet with women of all ages, as early as high school, to assist them in setting goals and working through challenges to make sure those goals are met. Whether your goals are to grow personally, professionally, or emotionally I’m certain we can accomplish those goals in our work together.

TEACHING

Whether your organization is looking for a one time seminar or a multi-part course, I have developed and taught both virtually and in-person education pieces tailored to Lawyers, Doctors, Nurses, Counselors, Social Workers, Teachers, and high school students.  My experience has ranged from teaching on a large scale to Hospital groups, Universities, and National Insurance agencies, to small scale individual coaching and teaching to high school-age women.
